Job Summary
Manage and optimize plant maintenance, including emergency, preventive, and tooling maintenance to achieve KPI targets. Define maintenance working packages to ensure high OEE levels and improve equipment systematically. Drive operation excellence via OEE, Safety Rate, MTBF, and MTTR metrics while developing predictive maintenance approaches using data analysis. Manage team performance to ensure KPI achievement and develop team competence for future needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, 10+ years of TPM experience, and advanced PLC knowledge. Fluent in English with strong digitalization skills. Managerial level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical and mechanical engineering, or automation relevant
- Above 10 years solid experience of TPM
- Above 3 years team management experience
- Advanced electrical control knowledge (PLC、Electronic technology etc.)
- Good digitalization skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
