Job Summary
Lead the maintenance department in a manufacturing plant, directing daily activities of the maintenance team, overseeing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and the development of predictive maintenance programs. Responsible for implementing maintenance strategy aligned with FP&R, coordinating CI projects, leading PMO initiatives including FEMA and RCM, developing a lubrication program, and managing budgets. Coaches and develops technicians, ensures GMP/OSHA compliance, manages parts and materials, supports capital improvement projects, and ensures adherence to cGMPs and Food Safety standards. Travel up to 10% and on-site work in Washington Court House, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance supervision or project management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of GMPs/OSHA Regulations
- Working knowledge of PLC, instrumentation electronics, and maintenance repair techniques
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining departmental budgets
- Preferred: Bachelor degree in Automation or Controls Engineering
- Proficiency in SAP Purchasing and Work Order systems
