Job Summary
Maintain community grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure exceptional curb appeal and resident safety. Perform basic repairs, manage landscaping and watering, and assist with apartment turnovers while keeping all spaces free of debris. Respond to maintenance emergencies and advise supervisors on items requiring additional attention, such as window or door repairs. Communicate with the Community Manager for escalated issues and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Work 8-12 hour shifts, including weekends and on-call availability, while lifting up to 75 lbs in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience

- Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Must be able to work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must be able to work weekends

- Regular local travel
