Maintenance Team Leader

Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance inspections to ensure community grounds, buildings, and common areas remain clean, safe, and sanitary. Perform basic repairs, manage landscaping and watering, and assist with apartment turnovers and resident move-ins. Respond to emergencies and advise supervisors on items requiring additional attention like carpet or window repairs. Communicate with the Community Manager regarding curb appeal issues and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Maintain exceptional customer service standards while attending required in-service and Cardinal U training sessions. Work 8-12 hour shifts including weekends and on-call availability to protect and enhance community value.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- property management experience
- excellent customer service skills

- basic maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
- Must be able to work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be available for on call emergencies
