Job Summary
As the shift Maintenance Team Lead, lead, coach and develop a 3-4 technician team on the shop floor; coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities; oversee shift handovers; collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to address challenges; perform hands-on maintenance when needed; foster a safe, engaged, high-performing team culture on shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Technical background in maintenance (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics)
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring maintenance technicians
- Visible, hands-on leadership style on the shop floor
- Strong communication and coaching mindset
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (GMP experience is a plus)
- Willingness to work in a shift roster
