Maintenance Team Lead for offshore wind turbine servicing, leading multi-discipline technicians, establishing HSE/Quality standards, performing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, retrofits and repairs to optimise fleet availability; set up guidance and instruction documents, coordinate with Operations and Engineering, ensure safe work practices under Wind Turbine Safety Rules/LOTO, maintain records, and support offshore campaigns with potential travel to sites across Europe with 14-day offshore stays; requires GWO certification, SC vetting potential, and advanced electrical/mechanical knowledge; strong leadership, ownership of safety culture, and ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic offshore environment.
