Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a landscape professional
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience leading teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good physical condition and endurance
- Valid WA driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation to work
Desired Qualifications
- Horticulture or landscape-related degree
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaking
- Basic irrigation knowledge
- Strong plant ID knowledge specific to the Pacific Northwest plant palate
- Ability to utilize technology for time cards, task lists, and purchases
