Manage inventory of ready apartments to support marketing and leasing efforts while inspecting units for move-in quality. Spearhead maintenance initiatives across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems to ensure resident satisfaction. Provide necessary resources and support to team members, fostering a positive environment that embodies the "Resident First" mindset. Requires EPA certification and experience with hands-on repairs, including pools and appliances. Schedule includes weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
