Job Summary
Repair downed equipment in a fast-paced, time-critical environment while maintaining complete maintenance records and PM schedules for all plant machinery. Implement factory-recommended equipment maintenance schedules, manage spare parts inventory, and source alternative suppliers to minimize downtime and costs. Recognize production as the customer by meeting all requirements, recommending equipment modifications for improved productivity, and participating in production changeovers. Practice continuous improvement concepts and apply DMAIC principles to mechanical process improvements. Report to the Maintenance Manager in Reno, NV, with regular attendance required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- some technical training
- at least 5 years general maintenance experience
- Basic electrical skills
