Job Summary

Own the administrative and information management processes supporting the Maintenance department, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all maintenance data, reports, and documentation. Manage end-to-end maintenance work orders within the work order system, coordinate material and MRO requisitions, and validate labor, material, and performance metrics before distribution. Serve as the single point of accountability for maintenance reporting, data governance, and compliance, ensuring status reports reflect verified information. Maintain personnel schedules, repair records, and cost records to support audits and reliability initiatives. Requires a high school diploma with four years of administrative background, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with computerized maintenance management systems.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years Administrative background
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Must be able to work in a production-oriented environment
