Job Summary
Administer and maintain the CMMS for maintenance activities, planning, scheduling, tracking, and closing work orders. Maintain accurate asset, equipment, and maintenance records while preparing reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Analyze maintenance data using advanced Microsoft Excel to support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning. Requires a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering with at least three years of experience in maintenance system administration or planning. Strong hands-on CMMS experience and advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance system administration or planning
- Strong hands-on experience with CMMS systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting
- Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Strong English communication, analytical, and organizational skills
