Job Summary
Maintenance Support will assist with upkeep, safety, and functionality of the property by completing routine maintenance tasks, responding to work orders, and assisting with preventative maintenance. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities include report hazards, basic maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, batteries, small components, minor touch-ups, unclogging drains, plumbing), furniture assembly, relocation, assisting with work orders, maintaining tools, collaborating with property team, and upholding hospitality standards for guest and staff interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry items as needed for repairs and furniture tasks.
- Must have weekend availability.
