Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overall property maintenance, including prompt service calls, on-call support, scheduling apartment turns (3–5 business days), and performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs. Lead and train maintenance staff; assist in vendor selection; maintain key property information and logs; implement preventive maintenance programs; conduct weekly light inspections; inspect and approve outside contractor work; ensure EPA requirements and Fair Housing compliance; manage maintenance budget; oversee move-outs and cost assessments; maintain supply inventory; and support multiple properties as needed. Requires valid driver's license, EPA certification preferred, on-call and weekend availability, willingness to travel for training; full-time, career-track with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
