Maintenance Supervisor

Lead and manage maintenance operations for a multifamily property, including scheduling apartment turns, performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry repairs, maintaining common areas and pool facilities, inspecting work, managing vendors, and training maintenance staff. Drive preventive maintenance programs, ensure EPA/compliance, and uphold Fair Housing standards while coordinating with the Property Manager on budgets and inspections; on-call and weekend availability required; travel for training as needed. Emphasis on safety, organization, customer service to residents, and collaboration with Property Manager to sustain property aesthetics and operational efficiency.
