Maintenance Supervisor

Monitor building repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure timeliness, quality, and efficiencies are met. Schedule and assign work duties for priority needs, coordinate project efforts for remodeling, and manage daily workflows by establishing operating procedures. Act as project coordinator for ordering, shipping, and receiving goods while monitoring yearly inspections of fire systems and safety precautions. Coordinate maintenance requests for branch stores, set up new locations, and manage outside vendors when workload requires. Assess employee skills to create the strongest team, initiating training processes to address skill gaps and develop staff for current positions.
