Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at Enterprise Community Partners oversees the physical condition, appearance, and operational efficiency of the property to provide a safe, attractive living environment for residents and a great place to work for associates; leads maintenance staff, oversees apartment turnovers, and conducts repairs and upkeep; ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, maintains records, and supports budget planning. Requires a minimum of three years as a maintenance technician or similar experience, prior supervisory experience, EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), proficiency with hand and power tools, and strong leadership and English communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- EPA Section 608 Technician Certification- Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
