Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for direct supervision of the maintenance department, coordinating service and maintenance of equipment, buildings, and grounds, reducing unscheduled downtime in production, assigning work, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and overseeing contractors. Requires 5+ years in maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, on-floor leadership, and ability to manage multiple plant-wide tasks; offers compensation in the $80k-$95k range with benefits and potential annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive maintenance experience
- Thorough working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment
- Thorough working knowledge of electronic applications in an industrial environment
- Experience with metalworking and fabrication equipment
- Able to troubleshoot on mechanical and electrical systems
- Hands-on, engaging on-floor activity, ability to develop employees
- Production and/or Warehouse experience required, food manufacturing a plus
- Able to manage several plant-wide tasks concurrently
- Familiar with all applicable safety and environmental codes, rules, and regulations as applied
- Must be flexible with hours, possibility for OT
- Possession of a current and valid driver’s license
- High School Degree required
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Computer literacy
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
