Job Summary
Manage staff and oversee all workload duties, ensuring work orders and make-readies are completed timely. Coordinate with the Community Manager to execute projects and repairs efficiently. Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry work using appropriate tools. Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test adjustments on HVAC systems, reading equipment manuals to maintain and service. Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs while responding to emergency situations during and after hours. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas. Work flexible hours under the supervision of the Community Manager.
