Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community; oversees maintenance staff and all repairs, coordinates with the Community Manager on projects and work orders, performs or oversees electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and masonry tasks, maintains HVAC systems, diagnoses problems, schedules preventative maintenance, reads manuals, responds to after-hours emergencies, and ensures safety and cleanliness of work areas. Requires HVAC knowledge and ability to supervise staff; position offers full-time hours with a commission structure and benefits.
