Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor oversees a workforce of Company employees and contract maintenance personnel to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on major mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include supervising crafts in the maintenance department, analyzing malfunctioning units, establishing standard maintenance procedures, coordinating parts and equipment for repairs, planning for 24-hour maintenance capability, recommending spare parts, and coordinating vendor bids for equipment installation or replacement. Requires five years of maintenance/operations experience in a process-plant environment; hands-on experience preferred.
