Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation objectives while managing a team skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repair. Mentor staff, develop new maintenance techniques, and coordinate with outside vendors to ensure the community asset remains in working order. Handle high-energy and emergency environments with a calm demeanor, applying detailed organization to fix mistakes and implement innovations. This role requires two+ years in the multifamily industry with supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager.
