Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor, also called Facilities Manager, will oversee and conduct various maintenance tasks including emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation. This role requires at least two years of experience in the multifamily industry and one year in a supervisory position. Strong skills in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other hands-on maintenance are essential, along with a commitment to high-energy environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Yardi Voyager is preferred. The position offers competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry
- At least one+ year of supervisory experience
