Job Summary
Oversee daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation objectives for a multimillion-dollar community asset. Direct a team skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair while mentoring staff and managing outside vendors. Handle unit turnovers and ensure all systems remain in working order to exemplify California living standards. Requires two+ years in multifamily industry with supervisory experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a High School Diploma or GED. Competitive pay of $27.00 per hour with quarterly bonuses, health insurance, 401(k) matches, and annual recognition events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry
- At least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team
- Deep commitment to apply very best in both high-energy and emergency environments
- Ability to remain calm in the face of disaster
- Knowledge of computers, namely Microsoft office and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
