Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation objectives for the multifamily community. Direct a team skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair while mentoring staff and managing outside vendors. Lead commercial or residential maintenance and grounds teams in high-energy and emergency environments, ensuring all systems remain in working order. Requires two+ years in the multifamily industry with supervisory experience, current Microsoft Office proficiency, and a High School Diploma or GED. Salary ranges from $37.00 to $39.00 per hour with bonus opportunities.
