Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department at American Senior Communities. Lead and develop maintenance staff; coordinate preventive maintenance; ensure safety and regulatory compliance; respond promptly to repair needs; apply knowledge of electrical, heating, and cooling systems; uphold CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) to residents, families, and staff; foster a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of experience in an institutional maintenance department
- Supervisory or management experience required
- Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling
