Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor leading a service team in the Atlanta area to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances; schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; participate in on-call rotation; hands-on role aimed at maximizing rents and maintaining high occupancy through professional maintenance practices and customer-service focus; requires strong trade skills, 4+ years of experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, EPA/CFC refrigerant certification, and the ability to use business software for work orders and communication; includes benefits and a sign-on bonus to be discussed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years trade-related experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on apartment maintenance lead, assistant or supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of building maintenance
- EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal)
- Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, communicate via email
- Valid driver's license and transportation
- Tools required
- DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted
