Maintenance Supervisor – Vineyard Estates

Job Summary
Oversee all maintenance operations for Vineyard Estates, including leading, coaching, and supervising the maintenance team. Ensure apartment turns are completed on time and to company standards while managing daily work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and painting issues; coordinate vendors and monitor contracted work quality. Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and purchasing; participate in the on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive community. Requires 5+ years of multifamily experience and 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience
- at least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience
- highly skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance
- experience leading and developing maintenance teams
- organized, dependable, self-motivated, and accountable
- Can prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification is preferred
