Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for Village Carver I & II in Miami, overseeing property upkeep, safety, and maintenance personnel; enforce OSHA standards and safety policies; supervise and train staff; perform and supervise repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades; maintain records of preventive maintenance, inspections, and inventories; ensure compliance with local codes and regulations; manage standby emergency coverage, vendor relations, and on-site safety; possess a license/ID as required and provide care to residents and property while maintaining professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promotion
- Valid government ID or driver's license (based on location)
- Knowledge of property HVAC units
- Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance tasks
- Strong safety, OSHA compliance, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to supervise staff and manage work orders
- Bilingual preferred
