Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining the community's physical aspects, ensuring safety and appearance standards while resolving maintenance issues efficiently. Requires supervisory experience and hands-on maintenance skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- 2-5 years of property management experience is preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies
- Reliable transportation required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in all facets of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs
- Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance
- Type I and Type II EPA Universal certification
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies
