Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead a skilled maintenance team at a resort, overseeing daily maintenance operations, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, inspecting facilities for safety and quality, managing work orders and inventory, and coordinating with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, communicating priorities, maintaining logs and compliance documentation, responding promptly to guest maintenance requests, assisting with general repairs (painting, caulking, minor carpentry), and collaborating with leadership to improve processes and guest satisfaction. Requires 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, HVAC/universal certification desirable, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience (resort or timeshare preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- HVAC/Universal Certification highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
