Job Summary
Oversee day and night maintenance technicians, assigning and prioritizing daily work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. Perform and oversee unit turns and make-ready inspections while troubleshooting repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry. Maintain common areas including the pool, gym, and exterior grounds, ensuring all work meets quality standards. Coordinate with property management and vendors as needed, utilizing mobile applications for inspections and reporting. Requires 3+ years of multifamily experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work in various weather conditions. Bonus, employee discounts, and training available.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance when needed
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- EPA 608 Certification
- HVAC Certification or License
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Comfortable using property management and maintenance reporting systems, including Yardi, HappyCo, or similar
- Experience with work order management systems and maintenance tracking platforms
- Ability to use mobile applications for inspections, documentation, and reporting
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone, laptop or tablet for daily reporting, photo documentation, and communication
- Ability to manage and train maintenance technicians
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
