Job Summary
Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently and safely. Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems at our Jeffersonville facility. Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians; identify, prioritize, and plan maintenance activities; train and mentor team members to build technical and leadership skills; assist with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems; ensure all maintenance work meets production and quality standards; support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
