Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for directing and performing maintenance operations at College Suites at City Station in Troy, NY. Oversees daily work schedules, coordinates with the Property Manager, conducts regular inspections and safety trainings, handles emergency maintenance, and ensures compliance with budgeted guidelines. Requires experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and residential property maintenance; must be able to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds) and work both indoors and outdoors. High school diploma required; 5+ years of residential property maintenance experience preferred. Full-time position with typical hours 8:00am–5:00pm, plus evening/weekend emergency coverage; non-exempt; salary around $37/hour equivalent to $76,960/year.
