Maintenance Supervisor - Union Baseline / Union 9Seventy (Student Living)

Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure community buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Manages resident work orders and routine upkeep, diagnoses defects, and performs repairs per policies and safety/code requirements. Leads the make-ready process for vacant units, conducts pre-move-out inspections, creates punch lists, schedules vendors, and ensures timely completion. Develops standards for exterior/interior appearance across grounds, leasing office, and common-area spaces to reflect Greystar quality. Periodically inspects work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance; maintains inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies; executes monthly preventive maintenance; supports cost-saving measures and proper tool usage. Leads safety initiatives by conducting regular safety meetings, maintaining MSDS, and staying updated on OSHA and related laws. Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns with efficiency and urgency. #LI-JJ1
