Job Summary
Lead the maintenance operations for a 210-unit elderly affordable housing community in Nashville, TN. Oversee work orders, apartment turns, curb appeal, and ongoing maintenance projects while guiding Maintenance Technicians and Custodial staff. This hands-on leadership role includes participation in a shared on-call rotation. HVAC certification or related certifications (such as EPA) are a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
