Job Summary
Leadership-focused 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor role in a heavy manufacturing environment. Oversee maintenance operations, supervise maintenance personnel, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and support production objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, prioritizing work, monitoring repair quality, troubleshooting equipment failures, collaborating with production/engineering/quality teams, coaching and developing staff, participating in performance evaluations and training, managing inventory of parts, enforcing safety and workplace standards, driving continuous improvement, supporting capital projects, and performing special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training or post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum of two years of maintenance leadership, lead technician, or supervisory experience.
- Experience within a heavy manufacturing, industrial, metals, mining, casting, steel, or similar production environment required.
