Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance of TM Associates' buildings/properties, including HVAC, lighting, grounds, security and overall facility appearance. Supervises and coordinates the work of maintenance technicians and grounds staff; develops and maintains preventive maintenance schedules; coordinates vendor support; enforces safety and housekeeping practices; and ensures efficient operation with minimal overtime. Requires ability to prepare work schedules, supervise direct reports, and travel to assist TMAM properties as needed. Qualifications include a high school or trade school diploma and at least six years of related experience; strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential.
