Maintenance Supervisor - Third Shift

Job Summary
Oversee maintenance operations on the third shift at ETE REMAN's Milwaukee facility, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment. Manage weekly maintenance schedules, participate in hiring and training maintenance technicians, and supervise tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.). Inspect building systems, monitor inventory, coordinate projects, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement. Emphasize teamwork, reliability, and organized, on-time attendance to keep daily facility demands met and processes running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (welding, fabrication, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred
