Maintenance Supervisor - The Toro Company

Maintenance Supervisor responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the Facilities/Molding/Extrusion Maintenance Department; forecasts labor needs, schedules work to meet deadlines, prepares proposals and estimates, and evaluates efficiency. Drives continuous improvement, safety culture, and department administration including hiring, wage administration, performance evaluations, and staff development. Focus on improving operating efficiency, preventive maintenance, and asset performance to support high-quality production; manages budgets, proposals for maintenance and repairs, and acts as department representative to align with corporate objectives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, Journeyman Certification, or 5 years of industrial maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, safety training, and use of maintenance software and Microsoft Office are expected.
