Job Summary
Complete all assigned service requests and repairs while conducting daily inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and curb appeal opportunities. Establish vendor relationships for capital projects and manage inventory within the maintenance budget. Lead the Facilities Team through recruiting, hiring, and training, ensuring timely completion of the Preventative Maintenance program and Annual Turn activities. Implement the on-call schedule for emergency maintenance after-hours and weekends. Provide superior customer service to residents and adhere to Landmark Policies & Procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance
- CPO and EPA certifications
- Working knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logic and sound judgement
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Availability to work weekends and respond to on call/emergency needs as required
- Must be able to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to drive a vehicle (intrastate and interstate travel) or be subject to air travel for purposes of Company business
