Job Summary
Organize staff meetings, maintain an OSHA-approved work environment, and conduct daily community inspections. Direct maintenance operations, implement preventative programs, and manage vendors while developing annual budgets and ordering supplies. Supervise hiring, training, and performance evaluations for maintenance technicians and groundskeepers. Handle emergency calls on weekends and after hours, enforce safety policies, and document resident incidents. Exceed resident expectations by following up on service requests and fostering community engagement.
