Maintenance Supervisor - The Hominy

Maintenance Supervisor position at Greystar's The Hominy community. Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Manages and executes make-ready processes for vacant units, conducts pre-move-out inspections, creates punch lists, schedules vendors/contractors, maintains inventory, conducts monthly preventative maintenance, supports budgeting and cost-control efforts, and leads safety initiatives including OSHA/MSDS compliance. Requires experience in property management maintenance, ownership of hand tools, ability to diagnose defects, and strong customer-service skills for resident interactions. Certifications in EPA Type I/II or Universal for HVAC and valid driver’s license are required where applicable; flexible, on-call, and ability to work in varied conditions including outside in all weather. The role emphasizes supervision of team members and coordination with the Community Manager to maintain high-quality standards across interiors, exteriors, and grounds.
