Job Summary
Manage personnel, tools, and materials to execute grounds, building, and property maintenance, repairs, and clean-up. Devises daily work plans, assigns work orders, and monitors service agreements while troubleshooting repair problems. Perform maintenance activities including preventive maintenance, vacancy preparation, and ground maintenance such as mowing and sanitation. Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure property passes all regulatory physical inspections. Maintain inventory control systems and assist in procurement. Report daily to the Property Manager on work order status and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Six years of general maintenance and repair experience
- Prefer completion of a formal apprenticeship program or technical school
