Job Summary
Conduct repair of building exterior, grounds, mechanical systems, plumbing, and other community assets. Establish and maintain schedules for routine maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, painting, and turnover work. Implement a preventive maintenance program and supervise all contract work to ensure quality and budget compliance. Ensure vacated apartments are in make-ready condition and serve as the on-call emergency maintenance contact for nights and weekends. Keep updated inventory of tools, furniture, and accessories while operating within established budget parameters.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of general maintenance experience
- 6+ months in a multi-family or institutional work order environment
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- EPA Section 608 required
- CPO certification required
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances, pool and spa equipment and other community systems
- "Can Do" attitude required
