Maintenance Supervisor - The Abbey at Copper Creek

Maintain the physical integrity of the property and ensure a safe, secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Anticipate, identify, and correct all property problems while implementing preventive procedures to protect the investment and cultivate resident satisfaction. Manage and organize multiple projects with a focus on detail, organization, and excellent service skills. Weekend work is required. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of multifamily maintenance experience, with HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
