Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor to oversee MDS/PMS databases, supervise maintenance personnel including Work Center Supervisors and 3M program staff, administer NTCSS and SKED, develop weekly equipment maintenance reports, maintain the Technical Manual Library, ensure compliance with directives, provide technical and safety training, support supply operations and parts management, perform QA reviews of maintenance documentation and outputs, maintain PMS/MDS/IEM standards, and prepare CESE-related correspondence; requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience supporting Government maintenance or logistics operations, with strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and CESE lifecycle, NTCSS proficiency, 3M documentation expertise, ability to interpret manuals and drawings, advanced MS Office proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Management, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Prior experience supporting Government maintenance or logistics operations
- Experience managing large inventories and maintenance workloads in high-tempo environments
- Advanced familiarity with CESE lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, including MDS, PMS, and IEM
- Proficiency in Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), including R-Supply and OMMS-NG functions
- Expertise in 3M maintenance documentation and procedures
- Ability to interpret and utilize technical manuals and engineering drawings
- Working knowledge of CESE management and applicable directives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and electronic communications
- Strong analytical skills to identify deviations and implement corrective actions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordination
