Job Summary
Supervise utilities operation and maintenance shift crews; oversee operation and maintenance of utilities within the facility; organize and review daily Work Orders (WO) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) work; ensure training for all shift employees on cGMPs, safety, and job skills; maintain compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EHS guidelines, and applicable EPA/OSHA regulations; manage documentation and coordination with planning, scheduling, and manufacturing counterparts; drive continuous improvement through TPM and reliability-centered maintenance, report on KPI trends and OEE; lead a team of Operations and Maintenance Technicians, foster a safe, professional, and customer-oriented environment; maintain familiarity with CMMS, JDE, and Maximo; adapt to 12-hour shifts, potential weekend/holiday work, and shift rotation; communicate concerns about safety and conduct, and support training, audits, and compliance activities; position requires ability to manage multiple priorities and develop direct reports through performance reviews and development plans.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires high school diploma or GED plus 6+ years of related experience or bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, sciences, engineering or related field and 3+ years of related experience.
- Some leadership experience preferred.
