Job Summary
Manage departmental maintenance decisions and supervise mechanics, electricians, plumbers, and skilled trades while troubleshooting mechanical processes and overseeing equipment design changes. Develop technical expertise in manufacturing processes, utilize a CMMS and CAD for custom alterations, and select vendors for equipment purchases. Authorize work-orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and negotiate contract work to cut costs and monitor energy use. Ensure safety and security of the physical plant, verify administrative tasks, and communicate projects with plant management. Requires 3+ years of supervisory experience; base salary $70,900–$99,275. Located in Lathrop, CA.
