Job Summary
Oversee maintenance for 71 apartments in Addison County by managing vendors, interacting with tenants, completing work requests including basic handyman tasks, and handling unit turnovers. Coordinate capital projects, code invoices, and generate reports for property owners while working directly with the Property Manager. Perform on-call responsibilities and utilize Outlook email and calendar for daily operations. Requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge alongside strong organizational and communication skills. Must reside within 45 minutes of Middlebury, VT. Driver's license required.
