Maintenance Supervisor (Structures)

Job Summary
Oversee scheduling of manpower to accomplish structural maintenance activities and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and procedures (FAA, GMM, RSM) and collaborate with engineering to resolve structural issues beyond approved repair data. Maintain a clean and safe work area, properly handle waste materials, oils, alodine, and other fluids. Perform additional duties as assigned by Structures Manager or Assistant Structures Manager. Interface with the Structures Manager to recommend improvements to increase performance and quality.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe license required
- High school graduate
- 5 years minimum experience in structures on commercial category aircraft
- Ability to travel, work overtime, weekends & days off
- Ability to read, write and understand English
